2. Platform Stage: Community Foundation

Stay Blaq is currently operating in Phase 2: Community Foundation. The platform is building community relationships, editorial destination corridors, and supply interest.

No Live Transactions: Stay Blaq does not currently process commercial bookings, lodging reservations, financial escrows, or formal verification contracts. Content published on this website is for cultural discovery and community planning.

3. Editorial Inclusion vs. Formal Verification

Listings, guides, host narratives, and business spotlights represent independent editorial features curated by Stay Blaq and our community contributors.

Inclusion does not constitute formal commercial accreditation, background checks, or guarantee of services. Users are encouraged to exercise ordinary traveler diligence.

4. Community Accounts & Acceptable Use

Members who choose to create an account agree to:

• Provide authentic contact information.
• Respect fellow travelers and hosts in all event sessions and communications.
• Comply with our Community Conduct & Safety Standards (/conduct).
• Refrain from scraping, data harvesting, or automated submission attacks.
